The last thing I expect to see on an Queens Italian-ish restaurant menu. It makes me happy, though I would never eat it because frankly it doesn’t sound so good (also I just don’t eat basturma and sujuk or like meat products I KNOW BAD ARMENIAN). BUT HOLLA AT THAT. It might be that the chef is Armenian (is Arabian an Armenian last name? My gut tells me no, but I found a site that translate Arabian as is “son of a wagon/teamster.” So.).
